Our Consulting Journey
The consulting journey began in 2023 when Qualicore was established by Henrik Meincke in Værløse, Denmark. Henrik has more than 30 years experience from international organizations within the technical/electronical industry, working with audio.
From humble beginning, Qualicore has grown to offer a wide range of consultancy services within traditional Quality Management tailored to meet the diverse needs of our clients. This typically centered around the ISO 9001 standard but also services for other ISO standards can be offered.
Qualicores first bigger customer project, was to safeguard a Migration Project. The customer had 2 sites running with 2 different PLM (Project Life-Cycle Management) Systems. These should be migrated into one new system. We managed to complete this project on-time in 9 months as planned.
We will now offer our expertise and experience to other customers. (See a client testimonial for this)
Today, Qualicore also stands as a trusted partner for companies working within the defense industry, seeking expertise in Quality Management and preparation for AQAP certification or ISO 31000 compliant Risk Management.
We can do all the preparation, perform a GAP analysis, and help with he implementation, so the customer can get the certification, fulfilling all NATO requirements as a supplier.
